Haynie is a multifaceted creator and changemaker who blends artistic passion with community purpose. Haynie is the author of the self help guide: Emerge to Greatness – 7 Shifts to Transform Your Mindset and Reach Your Highest Potential, he is a Certified Hip Hop Kultural Specialist, an advocate for empowerment, youth engagement, mental wellness, and cultural education through Hip Hop, artist, and producer.
He is the CEO of Emerging Music Entertainment and Emerging Music Radio, the unveiling platforms for authentic hip hop and independent voices. Haynie is an alumni of Musicians Institute College of Contemporary Music located in Hollywood, CA. Haynie was mentored and studied under legendary A&R executive Don Grierson, known for his work with The Beatles, The Jacksons, Tina Turner, Celine Dion, and more. Haynie is also the founder of the Midtown Neighborhood Alliance, a non profit neighborhood organization dedicated to empowering and uplifting Milwaukee’s Midtown community. His outstanding dedication to community organizing and advocacy earned him an award for community activism, recognizing his efforts to bring people together and create lasting local impact.
Haynie is trained to teach Hip Hop as a culture in various arenas. Haynie received his training from Hip Hop’s first master teacher, the legendary KRS-ONE at The Birthplace of Hip Hop: 1520 Sedgwick Ave in the Bronx, NY. His work centers on redefining Hip Hop not just as music, but as a Kulture — a way of life, knowledge, and empowerment. He played a role with the Temple of Hip Hop in producing the 5x5 50th Anniversary of Hip-Hop (1973-2023) — the Bronx’s first official block party and concert honoring the genre’s legacy.He also was one of the founding members of the group Generations Field.
